Tool Equipment - Tool Control

CAFAM tracks the issue of tools to and back from a Job. This "Audit trail" is turned on from UTILITIES > SETTINGS & PARAMETERS
On setting up the various elements as described in the attachment all that remains is to use the Tool issue options from BARCODE MENU > ISSUE/RETURN TOOLS where you scan the Tool Label, Job No and Employee ID. CAFAM will automatically detect whether the Tool is being issued or being returned. An audit trail of these transactions will be written to the same file as where Parts Issues have taken
