Adding auto-Remarks to EASA/CAA Form 1's

During the process of printing an EASA/CAA Form 1 (or FAA 8130), the comment boxes are prompted for printing. To save you having to type the comment in full each time, there is an option to simply enter a comment number that automatically populates the screen by drawing the data from a pre-set file. These notes set out to explain where and how to enter these comments for use when printing the Forms
