Allocating Parts without a Job Number

There may be times when you might want to reserve and allocate Parts for future Jobs but the
Jobs is not actually open at the time. You can still allocate these parts to a temporary position
and then later re-allocate the Part item to an actual Job. The attached PDF shows you how
to do this
