CAFAM has the option to support a variable charge-out labour rate depending on the skill of the person. Whereas you could have a Job opened and have a simple, single charge per man-hour worked, this option takes it further that within the Job you can have up to six different charge out rates e.g. skilled, semi-skilled, specialist etc. This TechNote explains the process further
